Heritage  Assisted Living and Memory Support Community in Omaha is currently looking for a Life Enrichment Assistant/ Receptionist to join and grow our new team! This is an "exciting" opportunity for the right person to help grow our largest community in Omaha!

Schedule- Part Time about 16 hours per week, Tuesday & Thursday Evenings with rotating weekends. 

Essential Job Duties:

  • Greets all guests, vendors and employees as they enter the community
  • Assists with incoming calls to the Community
  • Monitors the sign in/sign out sheets for visitors and applicable vendors
  • Assures that the Community lobby is neat and clean and welcoming
  • Prepares welcome signage for new residents or special visiting guests
  • Reports any maintenance needs for the Community
  • Retrieves Community's mail from mailroom for daily distribution
  • Assists with incoming calls to the Community.
  • Assists with planning and execution of resident events. 
  • Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director for events. 
  • Must be willing to drive a 14 passenger van. 

Qualifications

  • Ability to answer the telephone, take detailed messages, respond to verbal inquiries, take direction from different sources, handle multiple tasks and be organized in a fast paced environment
  • Must enjoy working with the elderly and able to accept constructive criticism.
  • Knowledge of and demonstrated skills in general office procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills; oral and written communication skills.
  • Able to project a professional image
