Heritage Communities is looking for an upbeat, outgoing, and compassionate Community Nurse. Someone who puts the residents needs first while prioritizing care and communications with the appropriate personnel regarding care and treatment for the residents in an assisted living setting.

The successful candidate will assist the Director of Healthcare with the care of residents and supervision of direct care associates through out the Omaha Metro Area.. 

Duties:

•Charts appropriately on each resident as necessary and writes/records objectively any information that must be passed along to other shifts.

•Reports to residents' physician any changes in resident's condition and obtains physicians' orders when needed. Assists residents with care according to residents' individual service plan.

•Assists Director of Healthcare with on-going evaluations, chart audits, associate supervision and training, resident and family communication and any other tasks delegated by the Director of Healthcare.

Qualifications:

•Must have a state appropriate actual and discipline-free LPN or RN license.

•Prefer experience with senior living.

•Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Must be in good general health and able to move, stoop, bend and lift 25 pounds intermittently throughout the workday.

Shifts: Full Time, Part Time, or PRN offending a flexible schedule.
