We are looking for a Regional Senior Living Sales Director to oversee and support our sales team in central Nebraska.

In this role YOU:

• Cultivate positive relationships throughout the community.
• Serve as a resource, working alongside and coaching our local sales teams to develop skills and reach sales goals 
• Work with all teams to enhance the resident experience and grow the community through marketing, prospecting and referrals.
• Work closely with families and residents to meet their needs and solve issues along their journey with Heritage. 

Our Regional Sales Advisors have:

• 4+ years of experience in sales.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• A high school education with a college education preferred.  
• Have worked with a CRM and other technologies to track data.
• Be able to travel throughout the local community and maintain a safe driving record and valid Drivers license.
